The international centers and chairs (cathedra) network wants to build up competency and qualifications oriented institutes for experts in all fiels of study and for all levels of the EQF together.Within these institutes the validation and valorisation process of formal, non-formal and informal learning is giving credential recognition and (non)ademic qualifications.

The international network of C-C-Q begins the implementaton of the first centers and chairs within States Universities in the academic year 2013/2014. These centers and/or chairs or institutes are working under the roof of accredited academic institutions and are interdisziplinary working in the field of professional education (further education) or academic education (College, Bachelor, Master and Doctor). The programmes who are taught and validated within these centers/chairs and institutes are competency and qualifications oriented. We will conduct several symposia of the participating leaders of institutions and governments as well as validation and quality assurance authorities each year. The first symposia will take place in automn 2013.
